FORBEAUT Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Regions We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Hawaii).

2. Shipping Method

• Courier Service Delivery time typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days. However, deliveries to remote locations such as Guam or Hawaii may take longer.

• Customs Fees Since our products are shipped from South Korea to the United States, customs duties and import-related taxes may apply.

3. Fulfillment Process

• Unfulfilled: When an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the status will appear as "Unfulfilled."

• Fulfilled: Once your order has been shipped, the status will update to "Fulfilled," and tracking details will be provided.

• You can check your order status and tracking details on the My Orders page.

4. Payment Options We currently accept PayPal and Eximbay for all transactions.

5. Preparation Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Shipping Delays While most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, please note that external factors (e.g., severe weather conditions, courier issues, or customs clearance delays) may cause slight delays.

7. Refunds and Returns

• No Returns for International Orders: Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for a simple change of mind.

• No Returns After Opening: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances if the product packaging has been opened or shows signs of use.

• Electronics Warranty: For electronic devices (such as the M Styler AX), we offer a free exchange within 3 months of the purchase date if a manufacturer defect is confirmed. Please note that damages or malfunctions caused by customer negligence or misuse are strictly excluded from this warranty.
